Business hours

Booknetic organizes working hours into three categories with the following priority order:

  1. Staff
  2. Service
  3. Business

If working hours are configured for the staff, timeslots will adhere to the staff's working hours, irrespective of the service and business working hours. In the absence of staff working hours, and with working hours established for the service and business, timeslots will follow the service working hours. If neither staff nor service working hours are set, timeslots will align with the business hours. While the working hour settings for service, staff, and business are identical, the hierarchy determines precedence.

Working hours are set on a weekly basis, allowing you to designate a specific day as a day-off. On such days, bookings will be unavailable on the panel, and appointments cannot be accepted.

If you wish to operate 24 hours, simply set the working hours from 00:00 to 24:00.
