Time slot length

This setting lets you decide how long each appointment time slot should be by default. Here's a simple breakdown:

Think of it like picking a default time length, say 30 minutes. Now, when customers schedule appointments, they'll see available times in chunks of 30 minutes. For example, 10:30 am, 11:00 am, 11:30 am, 12:00 pm, 12:30 pm, and so on.

This chosen time duration is the go-to standard. You'll use it as a reference when adding a new service or picking individual time slots.

Default Setting: 5 minutes.

Set the slot length to match the service duration.

Enabling this option will override the Time Slot Length setting, aligning the slot duration with that of the service. For example, if a service lasts 1 hour, customers making a booking will see time slots at 1-hour intervals: 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm, and so on.

Default value: Disabled.

Minimum time requirement prior to booking

This option allows you to require customers to book a certain number of days in advance. For instance, if you want customers to book at least 1 day ahead, select 1 day. Disable this option if not needed.

Default value: Disabled.

Limited booking days

Specify how many days in advance customers can book. For example, setting it to 90 days ensures customers can't book beyond that period.

Default value: 365 days.

Week starts on

Choose the starting day of the week on your calendar, whether it's Sunday or Monday, based on your country's conventions.

Date format

Customize the date format according to your preferences, considering variations across different countries.

Time format

Select either a 24-hour or 12-hour time format.

Default appointment status

Set the default status when a customer makes a new booking. For instance, choosing "Pending" requires manager confirmation, and the appointment moves to the Dashboard for approval or rejection.

Default value: Approved.

Show timeslots in client's time zone

When activated, customers see your working hours in their timezone, allowing for global services.

Activate Google reCAPTCHA

Prevent spam appointments by configuring Google reCAPTCHA. This feature is particularly useful for free services or those requiring in-office payment.

Allow admins to book appointments outside working hours

Enable admins to create appointments outside regular working hours in the admin panel.

Only registered users can book

With this feature enabled, only logged-in users can access and use the booking panel. Unauthorized users are automatically directed to the login page upon entering the Booking panel page.
